Shipping & Delivery Times

Please note that shipping time and delivery time are different.

Shipping refers to the time it takes for your order to be processed, prepared, and handed to the carrier.
Delivery refers to the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package once it has shipped.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times (Business Days)

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days
Latin America & Other International Destinations: 15–30 business days

Total estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or customs processing — which are beyond our control.

International Duties & Taxes

Shipping fees do not include any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes required for the release and final delivery of their package. Refusal to pay customs fees that results in the return or abandonment of a package will make the order ineligible for refund.

Refunds & Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be prepaid and insured. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds will be issued for eligible returned merchandise only and will not include the original shipping costs.

Returns & Restocking Fees

All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and with packaging, tags, and labels intact.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to returned merchandise.
If packaging, barcodes, or labels are damaged or altered, the item may be deemed non-resalable and ineligible for refund.

Combined Shipments

To ensure efficiency and sustainability, we may combine multiple orders into a single shipment when appropriate. Shipping fees associated with combined orders are non-refundable.

We encourage customers to place one complete order to minimize shipping costs.
